Job summary

Broadway Dallas, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Finance Department at the Music Hall at Fair Park.

You will manage budget formulation, forecasting, KPI tracking, and capital project monitoring, partnering with staff across departments to ensure accurate financial planning for a busy nonprofit arts venue. The role requires on-site work with flexibility for up to two remote days, a bachelor's degree in finance or related field with several years of experience, and strong Excel/NetSuite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field plus three years of relevant experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and capital asset management knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with vlookup and pivot tables.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to work locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budget process and department budgets.
• Develop three-year forecast and load budgets into NetSuite.
• Track KPIs and provide budgeting/forecasting insights.
• Support monthly and annual close processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Administer fixed assets and monitor capital projects.
• Serve as department contact for revenues and expenditures.
• Produce ad hoc analyses and data visualizations.
