Job summary

Dallas Summer Musicals, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning for a nonprofit arts organization. You will track KPIs, perform analyses, and monitor fixed assets and capital projects.

The role requires on-site work at the Music Hall at Fair Park, with up to two remote days per week as assigned. The ideal candidate has a finance/Accounting background, strong Excel skills, and experience with budgeting and NetSuite planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and capital asset management.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP, pivot tables and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and present the Broadway Dallas budget; oversee multi-department budgets and the payroll module.
• Develop three-year forecasts and load budgets into NetSuite; prepare materials for executives and the Board.
• Perform KPI tracking, data analyses, and ad hoc analyses as requested.
• Create data visualizations and summarize rental settlements to inform budgeting.
• Administer fixed assets, depreciation, and capital project monitoring.
• Support monthly and annual close with timely documentation.
