Job summary

Kimball Electronics Jasper is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the month-end close, inventory management, and internal controls. The role focuses on accuracy of financial statements and providing actionable data for management decisions.

The analyst will work with SAP and Excel to produce regular reports, analyze operational spending, and support profitability initiatives within a hybrid work environment in Jasper, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Support accuracy of KEJ financial statements and month-end close.
• Provide inventory and cost data for management decision-making.
• Generate monthly spend analyses and reporting to monitor OI performance.
• Assist in internal controls and standard cost systems within SAP environment.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support profitability and forecasting.
