Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience as Financial Analyst, Staff Accountant, or similar hybrid role.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to analyze, model, and report data to management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support planning and forecasting.
• Prepare detailed financial reports including variance/trend analyses.
• Develop budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide insights to management for strategic decisions.
• Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support audits with documentation and explanations.
• Reconcile bi-weekly payroll and assets in FAS post-projects.
• Reconcile vehicle inventory and floor plans monthly.
• Review daily bank activity and match withdrawals with docs.
