Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Chandler Regional Medical Center in Chandler, AZ. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days remote, with responsibilities spanning financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and training for management on financial reports and software.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in accounting or finance, a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, and preferably experience in healthcare cost accounting or decision support.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Healthcare cost accounting/decision support experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reports.
• Create and monitor yearly operating and capital budgets.
• Provide training on financial reports and software to management team.
• Consolidate and interpret financial information for Management.
• Identify and implement improved data methodologies.
• Collaborate with others to acquire information and materials.
• Serve as liaison between external and internal customers.
• Research and resolve issues for customers.
