The position emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to enable evidence-based decisions and sustainable health care economics. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in finance, a relevant degree, and familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or statistics is required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or ASA certification is preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Health insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops financial models and analyses using advanced analytical techniques and complex financial systems.
• Provides budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors multiple work streams to meet deadlines.
• Delivers training or consulting to other departments and external stakeholders.
• Provides governance and oversight to ensure financial integrity and alignment with strategy.
