Machinify is a leading healthcare intelligence company delivering value and efficiency to health plan clients nationwide. The Finance Operations Analyst role is full-time and hybrid, requiring three in-office days at the LaGrange campus.

You'll prepare client reporting, process payments, reconcile trust accounts, and help design finance workflows using AI tools. A clear mentor supports your growth in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–3 years in accounting/financial analysis with exposure to financial reporting/reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills required and assessed during interview.
• Curiosity about technology and AI, using new tools to improve efficiency.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client reporting packages (semi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly).
• Process client fee payments and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly client trust account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve exception-based transactions.
• Assist in building/analyzing finance operations workflows using AI/tools.
• Support clients with ad hoc reporting requests and questions.
• Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments.
