Machinify is a leading healthcare intelligence company serving health plan clients nationwide. The Finance Operations Analyst role is a full-time, hybrid position based in LaGrange, KY, with at least three days in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years in accounting/financial analysis with exposure to reporting & reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills required; Excel assessment during interview.
• Interest in tech/AI and using new tools to improve workflows.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical instincts.
• Self-management to organize daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients and teammates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client reporting packages semi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly.
• Process client fee payments and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly client trust account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve exception-based transactions.
• Help build/optimize finance workflows using AI tools and automation.
• Address client requests and ad hoc reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to get work done.
