Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager: Operations to join our manufacturing team. This HYBRID role combines in-office collaboration with flexible work arrangements.

You will oversee the finance department, conduct complex financial analysis, monthly reporting, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure accurate, compliant financials. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and a solid grounding in finance and accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s or CPA desirable).
• Minimum 5 years in a similar finance/ops role.
• Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the finance department’s operations and structure.
• Conduct complex financial analysis to assess performance.
• Document and direct preparation of financial reports.
• Oversee revenue, expenditure and budgeting processes; maintain ledgers.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Establish internal controls to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage annual budget and forecasts.
• Perform account reconciliations for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance.
• Develop budgets and financial plans based on data reports.
• Review financial plans for cost reduction opportunities.
