Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Finance Manager: Operations in a HYBRID setup in the manufacturing sector. You will oversee the finance department, perform complex financial analyses, budgeting, and monthly reporting to drive organizational performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with financial software. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting is required, with a Master’s or CPA highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree or CPA is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of the finance department, including organizational structure to achieve goals.
• Conduct complex financial analysis to determine present and future performance.
• Document and direct preparation of all financial reports.
• Oversee approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and budgets; maintain accounts and ledgers.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage annual budget and forecasts.
• Perform account reconciliations for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with auditing services for regulatory compliance.
• Develop budgets and financial plans based on data reports.
• Review financial plans regularly to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
