Capital Search Group in Reston, VA is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financials for a portfolio of government contracts in a hybrid work environment. You will lead planning, analysis, and reporting across EACs, revenue recognition, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting.

This senior role collaborates with project managers, contracts, accounting and business-unit leaders, supporting month-end close and variance analysis, while building scalable processes for the team.

Qualifications

• Strong background in government contracting and related cost accounting and revenue recognition.
• Experience with EACs, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Ability to coordinate across project managers, contracts groups, accounting and business unit leads.
