Search Group is seeking a Finance Manager for a Reston, VA based role with hybrid remote options. The candidate will manage the financials for a portfolio of contracts within a government contracting environment.

Responsibilities include EAC management, revenue recognition, cost accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and supporting month-end close, variance analysis, and project setup/closeouts. Collaboration with PMs, contracts, and accounting leaders is essential.
