Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance required; MBA preferred; CPA designation desired.
• 7 years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience with Oracle financial systems is preferred.
• 5 years in business planning and forecasting in a manufacturing/engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis for a designated business unit.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across departments.
• Prepare traditional financial reports and develop forecasting systems.
• Collaborate with departments on annual business plans, MTPs, and P&L forecasting.
• Roll up and present monthly financial performance to top management.
