Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking an M4 OSC Finance Manager for the Naval Surface and Undersea programs. You will lead a team of analysts, drive quarterly EACs and EVMS, and implement strategic financial controls across multiple programs.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, manage resources in a dynamic, global environment, and deliver insightful performance analyses to improve program outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience leading, managing and growing teams of financial analysts

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations labor and material analysis, primarily in support of quarterly EACs and Earned Value reporting requirements.
• Infuse expertise and best practices into the organization to create additional efficiencies and process improvements.
• Drive analytical capability growth and ownership across working teams.
• Build business relationships and trust with stakeholders.
• Understand drivers within program areas and identify trends or drifts, proposing solutions.
• Provide insight and guidance to Mission Areas and Business Unit Leadership
