Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
• Internship experience in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS and hands-on routine accounting transactions.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in a role combining operational analysis with financial responsibilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, MS Dynamics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve financial forecasts for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
• Lead or support annual budgeting and re-forecasts with department leaders.
• Analyze variances vs budget/forecast and report findings to leadership.
• Monitor key metrics and flag risks and opportunities.
• Develop scenario models and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages and dashboards for leadership.
