The position oversees FP&A, pricing and profitability, and resource allocation, building scalable analytics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A.
• Experience in asset management or similar complex financial environment.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
• Develop forward-looking analyses to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate performance, initiatives, and investments.
• Perform management fee, pricing, and profitability analyses.
• Evaluate financial implications of different fee structures and growth scenarios.
• Oversee FP&A and mentor the FP&A Manager and Finance Data Analyst.
• Enhance management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for decision making.
• Support executive reporting on financial performance and priorities.
