Job summary

• Leading month‑end, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Overseeing billing, payroll, and revenue cycle operations.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Developing and strengthening internal controls and financial processes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and technology.
• Supervising and mentoring accounting and administrative team members.
• Preparing executive‑level reporting packages and financial analyses for leadership.
• Coordinating financial data for tax and external reporting.
