Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance skills including GL management, financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow analysis.
• Experience with financial controls, compliance, and audit preparation in a services or events-based organization.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; QuickBooks experience is a big plus.
• Ability to interpret financial data, provide insights, and support leadership decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Executes and/or leads accounting functions in line with GAAP and company policies.
• Maintains understanding of financial reporting and GL structure.
• Ensures timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
• Oversees reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Maintains project accounts and accurate recording of expenses/revenues.
• Manages payroll processes and supports budgeting/forecasting.
