Rockwell Automation is seeking a Staff Finance Auditor to conduct operational, financial, and SOX compliance audits across the organization. You will build an in-depth understanding of business areas, execute audit procedures, and communicate findings to leadership.

You will work under the Senior Manager, Internal Audit and collaborate on process improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel 25% (domestic and international).
• SOX compliance knowledge/experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and audit management platforms (e.g., Optro).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform audit procedures including walkthroughs, sampling of transactions and controls, and financial analysis.
• Prepare clear, concise workpapers following Internal Audit standards.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls for SOX compliance.
• Identify internal control enhancements, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate audit results with practical recommendations to management.
• Develop positive relationships across the organization.
