Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Staff Finance Auditor to conduct operational, financial, and SOX compliance audits across the organization. You will report to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit and work to develop practical recommendations to address identified risks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Experience with SOX, ERP (SAP), and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot is preferred. This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational, financial, and SOX compliance audits
• Document workpapers following audit methodology and standards

• Communicate audit results with practical recommendations
• Use Copilot and AI tools in the audit lifecycle
• Maintain positive relationships across the organization
