Responsibilities

• Create and update labor reports for month-end and insights into labor expenses.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Support reporting and automation enhancement projects and governance.
• Act as SME for Oracle Fusion reporting and forecasting across Finance.
• Run forecast initializations and checks for merit, benefits, allocations.
• Prepare forecast adjustments for expenses, FTE headcount, and allocations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis during month-end close, forecasting and planning.
• Explain month-end expense variances with data-backed reasoning.
• Collaborate with Workday, decision support, and other stakeholders.
