Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration or a comparable equivalent number of years of experience plus five years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exhibits ability to present financially complex issues clearly.
• Must be effective in interacting with all levels of the company and across geographies.
• Able to perform multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner and manage competing demands for limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation, issuance, and dispatch of various invoices.
• Compilation of expense, payroll, and related reports.
• System entry for bank deposits and withdrawals.
• Update financial calculation sheets.
• Submit documents to bookkeepers and respond to various questions.
• Support for preparation of reporting PKG.
• Prepare monthly deposit/withdrawal forecast.
• Support for drafting and checking contract.
• Support for submitting materials for audits.
