Job summary

Strayer University, LLC invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate/graduate finance courses in a hybrid format. The role requires in-person weekly sessions at the South Charlotte campus and asynchronous online instruction.

Ideal candidates have college teaching experience, a doctorate or finance master’s with eligible credit hours, and strong communication and time-management skills. Remote/ on-site mix applies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Finance or Doctorate with 27 graduate quarter credit hours (18 semester) in Finance required.
• Master’s in Finance or related field with 27 graduate quarter credits (18 semester) in Finance required.
• Experience teaching at college level and online teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses from a pre-designed curriculum using professional expertise.
• Engage students online and on-campus with asynchronous and synchronous elements.
• Attend faculty meetings and trainings as required.
• Be available to students via email, phone, text, and office hours to provide timely feedback.
