Qualifications

• Major in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related degree with accounting credits preferred.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA (overall and major).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and develop collaborative relationships.
• Role will be hybrid work environment.
• Interest in CNA as a long-term career opportunity.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training across accounting and finance disciplines.
• Work within the Corporate Financial Services team under an experienced manager.
• Participate in networking opportunities with Finance leadership and CNA staff.
• Receive classroom training on insurance accounting and CNA methodologies.
• Assist with reporting and financial processes during assignments.
