Job summary

Qualifications

• Major in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related degree with a minimum of 12 hours of Accounting credits preferred.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA (overall and major) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and develop collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work on assignments within CNA Finance in Corporate Financial Services (CFS) including Financial Reporting, Insurance Accounting, FP&A, Financial Systems Governance, and Accounting Controls.
• Report to an experienced manager and collaborate with a team of CNA Finance staff.
• Gain network opportunities across Finance and CNA, including senior leaders.
• Receive hands‑on training and classroom instruction focused on insurance accounting and CNA methods.
