Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Inland Empire, CA. The role supports territory accounts with consultative service, drives revenue, and handles lead generation across sports at all levels in a hybrid environment that blends home office and field work.

You will manage a local client base, travel 2–5 days/week, and use CRM tools and MS Office to track activity and performance. A 75k–85k base salary with performance incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, driver's license, auto insurance and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches in an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory using cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales across sports and levels and leverage data-driven insights.
