Job summary

All Pro Security LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for Security Solutions based in Lehi, UT, with remote field sales responsibilities. The role offers a $100,000 base salary and uncapped commissions, targeting first-year earnings of $125,000+ for strong performers.

You will build a self-generated pipeline, prospect across the greater SLC area, and work with Operations to onboard and retain clients. Auto allowance or mileage reimbursement is provided, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B outside sales or business development.
• Proven ability to close new business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business throughout the greater SLC metro area.
• Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting
• Conduct site walks, security assessments, and discovery meetings with prospective clients
• Develop tailored proposals and close recurring service contracts
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure successful on-boarding and long-term client retention
• Represent All Pro Security at networking events, trade shows, property management events, and industry associations
• Maintain strong pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM documentation
