Job summary

Safe Haven Security LLC is expanding and seeks a talented Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team selling our core home security and home automation solutions. This role blends field leadership with daily office oversight to drive performance.

You will interview, hire, train, and motivate the team, manage leads and sales metrics, and align incentives with targets. Expect uncapped commissions, weekly pay, bonuses, and a strong support framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with laptops, tablets, and similar devices.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities to guide a sales team.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activity of local Outside Sales team.
• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives; assign and manage leads.
• Track and audit sales performance; conduct training and 1:1 coaching; lead team huddles.
• Support team by controlling attrition and driving results.
• Office hours: 10:00am–2:00pm; Field hours: 2:30pm–8:30pm.
