Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US is hiring a Field Sales Executive, Floater, to drive growth within CPA firm accounts. This hybrid role requires weekly presence in the Coppell, TX office and offers commission-based compensation with a strong benefits package.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales, strong consultative selling skills, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field, or 6+ years of software/SaaS field sales experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of B2B field/outside sales experience with on-premise/cloud software or SaaS business applications.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce.com; SalesLogix).
• Willing to travel up to 30% annually.

Responsibilities

• Learn full line of Tax & Accounting products, features, pricing, and value proposition; complete training.
• Learn and implement the prescribed sales process and meet quotas.
• Manage assigned accounts, build pipeline, and research decision-makers.
• Promote new account development; conduct in-person/virtual meetings and group presentations.
• Grow existing customer business and convey value of WK solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate client needs into specifications.
• Develop an Annual Business Plan and participate in weekly updates and quarterly forecasts.
• Attend industry meetings, trade shows, and sales meetings.
