Job summary

Viasat is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to work with field teams on multi-million-dollar satellite ground infrastructure programs. You will own numbers, schedules, and storytelling for program performance, with hybrid work from the Tempe office and remote days.

The role involves cost tracking, schedule management, contract control, and exploring AI tools to enhance PMO efficiency. Domestic and international travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of field experience in project controls on technical infrastructure or construction programs.
• Associate's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field; or equivalent experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, reporting, data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and communicate cost commitments, expenditures, and cost flow across programs; maintain baselines and perform EAC.
• Build and status deployment schedules in MS Project; coordinate with IT, Facilities, Security, Engineering, Finance.
