Job summary

Pollo Campero is seeking a Recruiter, Field Operations to partner with Area and General Managers, HR Coordinators, and HRBPs, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding in a fast-paced, hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, bring 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, and be comfortable traveling up to 50% while supporting store openings and regional staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail or restaurant settings.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and employing best practices in sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities.
• Partner with HR Coordinators and HR BPs to leverage sourcing channels.
• Analyze local labor market trends and adapt regional sourcing strategies.
• Develop a regional staffing plan to maintain a steady candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate open houses, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Review and pre-qualify applications to align with role requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and guide managers through the process.
• Organize interviews and collect feedback for decision making.
• Maintain ongoing candidate communication from contact to offer.
• Support new store openings including hiring, documentation, and onboarding.
• Assist payroll and HR Coordinators to ensure compliant hiring documentation.
• Follow up with new hires to ensure training and integration.
