Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking a Field Development Director (FDD) to join the Attruby Sales leadership team. This field-based role partners with regional directors and sales specialists to drive operational excellence, leadership development, and strategic execution across national territories.

You have 10+ years in pharma, 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology, and a track record launching products. Expect competitive compensation, equity, substantial travel, and a hybrid/flexible work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR
• BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required
• Product/indication launch experience
• Strong leadership, planning, analytics, business acumen and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and operational leadership as liaison between Sales Operations and SVP of Sales for national initiatives
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Territory Sales Specialists to share best practices
• Mentor and develop leadership within the field team
• Provide geographic coverage and optimize field effectiveness across regions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, reimbursement, operations) to align HQ processes
