BridgeBio is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based team in Florida, building a high-performing sales force from pre-launch through commercialization. You will drive launch readiness for Acoramidis and align with marketing and medical affairs to optimize regional impact.

Ideal candidates have 8-10 years in pharma/biotech, 3-5 years of frontline leadership, and a track record of launching products in competitive markets. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

8-10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
3-5 years of front-line leadership.
Cardiology experience is preferred.
Proven success building and leading sales teams.

Responsibilities

Build sales force from pre-launch through commercialization, including launch readiness.
Achieve regional sales targets and drive market expansion for Acoramidis.
Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align brand strategies.
Develop KOL relationships and expand customer advocacy in the region.
