• Some scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide full product training to become a specialist in network test equipment.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Help customers configure equipment, troubleshoot issues and integrate products.
• Support the business development team with technical expertise.
• Visit customers across Silicon Valley for hands‑on support and demonstrations.
