Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design Routes: Create maps for fiber optic cable paths
• Manage Permits: Work with local cities, towns and departments of transportation to secure rights-of-way permits
• Coordinate with vendors, utility providers, and local government agencies
• Estimate Costs: Build budgets, material lists, and project timelines
• Oversee Construction: Direct contractors and check field work for quality
• Respond to network outages addressing fiber damage for network restoration
• Document Systems: Manage and update records using systems such as Fiber-X and Canvas
