Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualization and iterative development of fiber optic hardware solutions for market segments.
• Create 3D models and prototypes demonstrating functionality and/or appearance.
• Engage in fieldwork to gather insights and improve designs.
• Participate in design reviews to contribute ideas for the global design team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design intent with project objectives.
• Prepare detailed design documentation and presentation materials.
• Educate on industry best practices for Visual design thinking and UX/UI.
• Execute packaging and label graphics aligned with current standards.
