Insight Global is seeking several OSP Engineers in Charlotte, NC, to own and coordinate fiber engineering projects through design, construction, and closeout. You will support FTTH/FTTB deployments, review designs, GIS data, and constructability, and work closely with construction teams and vendors.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience in OSP/fiber engineering or related telecom construction.
• Experience designing and constructing FTTH/FTTB networks.
• Experience with GIS platforms and fiber mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate OSP fiber engineering projects through the full lifecycle.
• Support design, engineering, and construction of FTTH/FTTB networks.
• Review designs, GIS data, drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, schedules, and issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and accountability for quality and timelines.
• Translate designs into executable construction plans and resolve field discrepancies.
• Identify risks and resolve engineering, construction, or vendor roadblocks.
• Utilize GIS and project management systems to maintain data.
• Support field reviews and ensure designs align with field conditions.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and company specs.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes across stakeholders.
• Support process improvements to speed fiber deployments.
