Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Federal IT Audit – Associate to join the Government and Public Sector Advisory practice in our Bethesda office. The hybrid role encourages in-person collaboration about 3 days a week and involvement in IT audit engagements for federal clients.

The successful candidate will hold a BA/BS in CS/IT or related field and pursue CISA/CISSP, with 1+ year of federal IT audit experience and ability to obtain security clearance. Salary ranges reflect Maryland norms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• Ability to obtain a CISA or CISSP certification.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance or higher.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience performing and leading federal IT audit engagements.
• Knowledge of federal IT audit requirements and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT Audit engagements for federal clients with risk assessments and control reviews.
• Learn complex IT auditing and risk assessment concepts.
• Collaborate with senior IT auditor to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Attend meetings and participate in team collaboration.
• Support business development activities including proposals and budgeting.
