Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in accounting or business administration is required.
• CPA license is required or highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit teams on federal financial statement audits with potential to lead other audits.
• Demonstrates understanding of complex federal accounting standards and applies to client situations.
• Apply strong project management skills, track metrics, and report status to leadership and clients.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members on technical and professional matters.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and team members as liaison and trusted advisor.
• Lead sales and business development by identifying opportunities and supporting go-to-market strategies.
