Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to support the USCP Office of Information Systems (OIS), IRMD, handling budget execution, contract closeout, procurements, and payments. You will track budgets, validate invoices, and respond to inquiries, reporting to COR and OIS leadership.

The role is a full-time, on-site position at USCP HQ in Washington, with a two-month acclimation period before telework increases to three days per week. U.S. Citizenship and a security background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; analyze financial data and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for financial management and budget execution.
• Assist with budget preparation, contract closeout, procurement requests, payments, and reconciliations.
• Track and report on budget status.
• Validate invoices and respond to financial inquiries.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with processes.
• Develop a Budget Formulation and Financial Management Guide as a deliverable.
• Create an Excel Cost Status spreadsheet with Burn Rate and month-by-month tracking.
