Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is seeking a qualified professional to support Family Services with clinical and coaching services while engaging families affected by addiction. This hybrid role requires weekend in-person facilitation and weekly virtual group support, backed by strong tech skills and licensing requirements.

Applicants should have a relevant bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with experience, and at least three years of experience with children and families, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human behavior, counseling, child development, or related field.
• Associates degree with 5 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with children and/or family members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and/or coaching services per HBFF standards, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to program development content, updates and delivery standards.
• Engage with family members and support persons as directed by Regional Supervisor.
• Co-facilitate in-person Children’s Program one weekend per month and support weekly virtual groups.
