Job summary

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Colorado offers a hybrid role supporting Family Services, including co-facilitating our in-person Children's Program one weekend per month and supporting Wednesday evening virtual groups.

The team provides psycho-educational services, family training, and maintains evidence-based practices to help individuals and families affected by addiction. We offer strong benefits including retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Human Behavior, Counseling, Child Development or related field.
• Associates degree plus 5 years related work experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor’s.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with children or family members.
• Independent Mental Health License: LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, APCC, LADC, CADC/LCADC.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Addiction Treatment & Recovery.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, virtual meetings, and Outlook.
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or AHA (remote workers exempt).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and coaching services to Family Services participants.
• Support program development, content updates, and delivery standards.
• Represent Hazelden services to internal and external audiences as directed by Regional Supervisor.

Experience with children

Mental health license LMHC/LMFC/LCSW/L

Addiction treatment experience

Tech proficiency

CPR certification

Spanish fluency

Education
