Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is hiring for a hybrid Family Services role, requiring weekend in-person participation (Thursday–Saturday) and supporting Wednesday evening virtual groups. Responsibilities include delivering clinical and coaching services, program development, and engagement with families affected by addiction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or an Associate's with experience, licensure eligibility (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/etc.), 2+ years in addiction treatment, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Behavior, Counseling, Child Development or related field.
• Associates degree + 5 years related work experience.
• Minimum of three years' experience working with children and/or family members.
• Independent Mental Health License: LMHC/LMFC/LCSW/LPC/LPCC/LMFT/APCC/LADC/CADC-L/
• Minimum of two years' experience in Addiction Treatment & Recovery field.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, virtual meetings, and Outlook.
• Current CPR certification or within 30 days (remote workers exempt).
• Certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Care: provide clinical and/or coaching services and education per HBFF standards.
• Service Innovation: contribute to program content, updates, and delivery standards as directed by Regional Supervisor.
• Internal & External Engagement: represent Hazelden services to audiences to ensure knowledge of services and processes.
