The role offers a hybrid schedule with some remote work and in-office days. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a Colorado license or pending application.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in family law
• JD from accredited law school
• Colorado bar license or pending application
• Family law experience is desired but not required
• Strong written and interpersonal skills
• Cover letter, resume and writing samples required

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from inception through trial or settlement
• Maintain client contact and draft/respond to motions
• Review and chart disclosures and discovery, draft settlement documents
• Adapt to changes, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of court rules and family law is helpful
• Litigation position with potential for late nights and weekend work (not required)
