Job summary

Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC seeks an experienced Facility Security Officer to lead our DoD/commercial security program at the Lexington Park, MD site. You will oversee personnel clearances, DISS/NBIS/NISS/SWFT, and maintain the FCL, policies, procedures, and documentation to meet NISPOM and DCSA requirements.

You will coordinate security reviews, inspections, onboarding/offboarding, and training, partnering with HR, Contracts, Recruiting and Program Management to ensure all security needs

Qualifications

• FSO certification/training required.
• 7+ years senior FSO experience in DoD security.
• Experience with DoD/NISPOM and security systems (DISS/NBIS/NISS/SWFT).
• Must be US citizen with Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company's FCL and ensure DoD and NISPOM compliance.
• Manage personnel clearances and security trainings.
• Coordinate DCSA inspections and security reviews.
• Maintain industrial security program documentation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for DCSA and government security.
• Collaborate with HR, Contracts, Recruiting, and PM to satisfy security requirements.
• Support classified contract transitions and RFP security reviews.
