Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 9+ years of related experience; Master’s preferred with 7+ years.
• Four years of facilities management or systems administration can substitute for a degree.
• U.S. citizen and active TS with SCI eligibility.
• 3+ years in facilities management with a track record of managing medium to large facilities.
• Hybrid work possibility with up to 25% travel.
• Experience with system administration and IT network troubleshooting.
• IT administration certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Sec+.
• Strong problem-solving and emergency response skills.
• Ability to manage physical and IT resource allocation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure facility functionality, safety, and compliance.
• Develop and oversee budgets for utilities, maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure effective and cost-efficient services.
• Conduct inspections, address safety hazards, and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to emergencies and oversee resolution efforts for facility-related issues.
• Manage facility software and hardware systems, including building and security management platforms.
• Perform system maintenance such as updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliability.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate facility systems with enterprise platforms.
• Implement strategies to optimize space and improve workspace efficiency.
• Manage resource allocation for facility projects, ensuring appropriate use of tools, equipment, and staff.
• Establish standardized processes for tracking and reporting resource usage.
• Analyze data to identify resource needs and provide recommendations for optimization.
