Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement/sourcing experience with large-scale, complex categories.
• Demonstrated success in assessing, negotiating and managing vendors.

• Develop and implement multi-year category strategies for Facilities.
• Lead sourcing and SRM processes to improve supplier performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage lifecycle to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify business needs and align supplier base.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Drive productivity and cost avoidance with Regional and Global teams.
• Travel up to 10–15% as needed.
