Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in negotiating and managing IT Services and Software contracts.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in procurement/sourcing, IT, or contract management across large-scale spend.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IT Services and Software contracts to deliver value and reduce risk.
• Lead negotiations for IT Services and Software contracts with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, compliance, and supplier qualification.
• Develop and execute short and long-term IT Services/Software category strategy.
• Identify internal requirements and align with stakeholders to drive category goals.
• Mitigate supplier risk including financial, capacity, quality, and compliance.
