This role supports planning, writing, editing and measurement of external content across owned, earned, paid and shared channels to advance business priorities and strengthen Zurich’s reputation. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, agile communications professional, and able to manage multiple projects while leveraging digital tools and learning new concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, or PR.
• Or a HS diploma with 2+ years in communications or PR.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate degree and 1+ year in PR.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit external content: press releases, talking points, statements.
• Develop integrated communication plans with account leads.
• Identify media opportunities and prepare pitches.
• Coordinate media training and exec briefings.
• Track communications results and analytics.
