You will manage the full search lifecycle from client briefings to candidate identification, assessment and offer management, partnering with C-suite clients across various industries.

The role blends strategic remote work with in-person client engagement and team collaboration to deliver a rigorous, results-focused executive search experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
• Demonstrated track record managing complex search assignments end-to-end.
• Strong research, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client discovery to understand executive requirements and culture.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify senior leaders.
• Assess candidates through behavioral interviews and reference checks.
• Present shortlisted candidates with insights and recommendations to clients.
• Manage complex offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a network of senior professionals and industry contacts.
